As a result of sedentary jobs (at least 4 hours of sitting per day), many people develop musculoskeletal problems that can be 100% solved with exercise. The key is to follow the principle of gradualism. Primarily for beginners, free weights, bodyweight and rubber band workouts for stability and strength.
