Our teaching program, designed for 10-15 year olds, helps develop coordination, balance, stamina and concentration within the framework of intensive training. During the training, we emphasize cooperation and attention to each other, and students can learn effective self-defense techniques and tactics in a safe environment. Training and summer camps help young people realize the importance of their own values, learn to stand up for themselves and set their boundaries. In addition to Wing Tsun kung-fu techniques and self-defense situations, we also cover the following theoretical topics: online self-defense, being safe on the streets, methods of avoiding school conflicts, techniques for confident performance, stress management methods, mindfulness (conscious presence), and positive thinking.
